Samples & Colour Testing
We strongly recommend ordering a small quantity before committing to large order. Testing a sample in your own environment helps to eliminate disappointment due to differences in colour perception or finish.
No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or if you have made a mistake. Therefore, it is crucial to order a sample and test it before committing to a full purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that our products are defective or not as described, we will replace, refund, or repair your order, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your order.
Return shipping
If a return is authorised, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the item is deemed faulty. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
