What vinyl do you use for stickers?
We use ultimate premium polymeric vinyl combined with a matching laminate. They are long lasting, weatherproof, scratch resistant and UV resistant. They are perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications.

How do I apply my sticker?
Simply clean the surface, peel the backing and apply slowly and smoothly.
Avoid applying on rough or dirty surfaces.
For larger stickers we recommend using the wet application method (See our application guide for more information on wet application).

How long does production take?
Typically between 1-3 business days depending on order size and requirements and layout approval.

What laminate is better - Matt or Gloss? 
Both offer the same protection and quality however our personal preference is matt finish. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location.

How do you send your orders?
Primarily we use Australia Post to ship orders.

Can you apply your glass safety decals on any type of glass?
The film can only be applied to smooth, non-textured glass and is suitable for all types of windows including double glazed units.

Is the vinyl removable?
Our films feature a permanent adhesive and are designed for quality, durability and longevity.
